Booth size is at least 8’ X 8’ outdoors

Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e., canopies, tables, chairs, etc.)

All fees are non-refundable up to 10-days prior to the event, as they are used for
promotions.

Electricity is provided at an additional cost of $10. Running water is not available at
booth.

Event will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Set up time: Vendors may begin set up at 8:00am. Break down is 4:00pm.

Parking is available off-site and we request vendors do not park in our parking lot,
except for unloading and loading purposes.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

We reserve the right to censor any booth.
